San Juanillo is located on the Pacific Northwest Coast of the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica.
This quiet fishing village is a serene alternative to the more populated areas of the Nosara Beaches or Tamarindo. It offers a more tranquil setting with the wonders of nature in abundance at your doorstep.

There are excellent world-class surf breaks in Marbella and Ostional just minutes from Sonidos Del Mar.
With the cost of real estate skyrocketing in Nosara and Tamarindo, the San Juanillo area offers excellent value and appreciation in an unspoiled environment.
With the paving of the main coastal road beginning next year, the travel time from Daniel Obuber International Airport will be approximately a one-hour drive. Property values are forecasted to escalate even more dramatically upon completion of the paving project.
